PS7-1st Festiniog 1st Class Ashbury Coach

This latest version of our kit is now laser cut, with layered construction making building and painting far easier than before. In addition to this the precision and detail of this method allows us to add new features such as movable louvres on the door vents. On the outside the beading is now all in a one-piece overlay, with hinge detail etc. already on it. Inside the coach we have added plank detail to the walls and seat backs as well as vent and droplight detail - even a planked ceiling!

1st class transfers are included, as well as brass handles and grab rails and white metal axleguards with brass bearings.

Wheels and couplings are not included - 24.5mm diameter wheels are required. The original had curved spoke wheels as Haywood HW1 or Tenmille AG087/AG188. Our RSA124 couplings are accurate to prototype for these coaches, but many modellers use RSA45 for compatibility. Details on both are shown here.

PS7-3rd Festiniog 3rd Class Ashbury Coach

Not yet in production this models the original 3rd class coach with panel in the centre. Drawing shows the old version. Model includes Brass cast door handles, grab rails and white metal cast axleguards with brass bearings. 3rd class transfers are included.
