Live steam 16mm scale model of the engine as run by the War Department in France. Much of the railway equipment was sold and these WD Baldwins were used around the world. British narrow gauge lines included the Ashover Railway, Snailbeach and the Welsh Highland Railway.

Gas fired and manually controlled, this small, scale locomotive also features a water gauge and water fill system as the boiler is scale sized. It has a working valve gear controlled by a lever, steam regulator and gas control all in the cab. Finished in matt black, the model is of the early version of the engine. I.e. Without the spectacle hoods and with flangeless centre driving wheels.

Available in 32mm gauge (which is scale) or 45mm gauge - Note that the gauge is not adjustable. The minimum track radius required is 3ft 3 inches.
