The Welshpool and Llanfair wagon
kits have been remodelled to include even more detail and accurate fidelity to
prototype. The solebars and axleboxes are accurately spaced regardless of the
modelled gauge, the axleboxes being sprung and slide in brass W irons. Wheels
and couplers are required, the RSA29 wheels being the correct pattern. The
nearest couplings are our RSA70 or 71 choppers with RSA58 side chains. However
provision is made in the kit for mounting a conventional centre buffer coupling
at the usual 25mm height.
