Katie replaced the Roundhouse Jack locomotive in our line up of live steam engines. Katie is a saddle tank on top of the proven 0-4-0 Billy chassis with the usual internally gas fired boiler and fittings plus the option of manual or radio control.

The body style is that of a conventional saddle tank with lots of rivets and a brass capped chimney making a very attractive engine that has a very strong resemblance to that of a Bagnall saddle tank. In addition to the usual colour choice of Green, Maroon and Black, Katie can also be supplied in a deep Blue colour.

Available ready to run or as a kit - Like Lady Anne, Katie is also available in kit format:
