GENERAL INFORMATION
Brandbright is a long established Company specialising in 16mm and G scale
equipment and dedicated to providing a reliable service.
For mail
order please add up the total weight of your order and add the delivery
charge at the rates shown below. Magazines and steam locomotives are an
exception and specific details are given within this price list. Small
consignments are sent as first class postage and items over 2kg are
despatched by a next day courier to mainland
UK. The courier
delivers during weekdays and requires a signature. Despatch is usually
within a week of receipt of order. If despatch is not possible within two weeks then
we shall advise you. The prices quoted for the goods are correct at the
time of going to press but are subject to change without notice.
Cheques
and postal orders should be made payable to Brandbright Limited (unless
otherwise stated).
Prices
include VAT at 15% except where indicated. For export orders (outside the
European Community) VAT is not payable and where appropriate the prices can
be reduced by dividing by 1.15, providing payment is in sterling. For
other currencies please enquire. Overseas payments should be by
International Money Order drawn on a British Bank, in sterling. Postal
rates for overseas will be supplied on request.
Credit / Debit Card Policy
To assist
our customers when purchasing locomotives or when purchasing from overseas,
Brandbright are now able to accept payment by credit or debit card.
Our preferred method of payment is still by cheque in sterling, or for our
USA customers by $
cheque. Payment is not accepted in Euros.
The
minimum
UK transaction when
using credit or debit cards is £25 with this facility available for Brandbright's customers. We do NOT hold card
information on our computers.
